just came back from site inspection.
went to sunset way area... seen alot of different landed properties
the really new and nice ones make me want to own such property too
however, when i see the bad condition with only 1 storey, i will think.. "tsk tsk, waste land lah.. go get a renovation can??"

my cab went pass ngee ann and suddenly i miss np's bubble tea..
