my manager surprised me by asking me to go for a customer service training today. Its a 2 days course. of course at 1st i tot 'yay no need to work for these 2 days!' but i was wrgn. It is worse than wokring..cause its boring.

went to the sch after work today. gymed out, jogged. stamina decreased alot. haiya.. but looks like my workout has gone wasted.
